joy / sorrow / anxiety / peace

fortune / misfortune / good / bad

life / death

with equal appreciation,

each as their own unique expression of the miracle that is

Life.

Happiness is not a thing to be attained,

it is way of being.

It is not an emotion

it is the embrace of One’s emotions.

Money, fame, success, & love can provide temporary pleasure,

but they cannot provide happiness.

Happiness comes from being

at peace with the process of life.

The process of life

includes

pleasure, prosperity, beauty, love, success, bliss, & all of the things we yearn for

but it also includes their opposites.

Learn to embrace life in its totality

& you will always be happy.

Life is beyond meaning & meaninglessness

It simply is.

Do not make it difficult.

Effortlessly

follow the path of your soul

& witness the miracle of existence.

Love yourself

Love others

Uplift yourself

Uplift others.

Make peace with life

Appreciate existence

Live.

This is enough.

nothing to do,

nothing to discover,

nothing to accomplish,

nothing to fear

only an infinite universe waiting to be explored.

Live how you want to live.

Be what you want to be.

No matter your sex, color, class, tribe, or location of birth

You are free

to look, act, think, & do as you please.

You decide your path.

You decide who you are.

You decide what this life will be.

Do not waste your time

worrying about the opinions of others.

Make this life into something that

You are proud of.

Values. Virtues. Morals.

What do they mean ?

Love alone is sufficient.

Treat others as you would yourself,

because they too are your Self.

Neither forsake your self to please others

nor forsake others to please yourself.

See all Life as connected.

Love everything.

Do your best for everything.

Why ?

Because it is human.

Because it is beautiful.

Because there is nothing better to do.

If your actions create ease,

life is easier.

If your actions create hardship,

then life is harder.

Do my actions lead to

pain, stress, sadness, anxiety, difficulty, hardship, & death ?

Or do they lead to joy, prosperity, peace, & good times ?

Perhaps both.

To what extent ?

Am I making life harder for myself & others

or am I making it easier ?

Is there something better that I can do ?

These are the questions that must be asked constantly.

Be mindful of your actions.

Try your best to do good in this world.

Let everything else be as it is.

Love yourself.

Love others.

Love life.

Love this moment.

Do what you love

And let what you do

be a living expression of your love.

It is only in love

that life has any meaning.

In love

there is no self or other

no this or that

only

perfect happiness.

Love is Life & Life is Love

Media can deceive you.

Books can deceive you.

Rumor can deceive you.

Even your own experience can deceive you.

We cannot know anything for certain,

all we can do is the make the best of the information we are given.

Be humble, not deceived.

Never believe you have arrived at the certain truth.

Do not cling to any belief.

Be skeptical & open minded.

Critical & creative in your thinking.

Sure in action

but humble in belief.

Look at things from many perspectives,

but hold none of them to be absolute.

Understand

that

The Truth is right in front of you

& yet

It can never be grasped.

No person has authority over another.

Everyone is free.

Titles and institutions are meaningless.

Manmade laws & made up symbols are empty.

Protect yourself. Care for others.

Be friendly to those who come in peace & hostile to those who seek to do harm.

Neither exploit nor allow yourself to be exploited.

Neither dominate nor allow yourself to be dominated.

Live in power and empower others to do the same.

Life is at its best when we coexist.

When we cooperate.

When we share in the fruits of this world together.

When we allow each other space to each live in our own way.

Every person should be free to govern themselves.

Land & resources should be shared,

used for the benefit of all.

Society should be bound by one code of mutual respect and loving kindness.

We should strive to live in harmony.

Peace, prosperity, power and happiness

for all people.

Hell is here

if you allow suffering to blind you.

Heaven is here

if you are sober enough to see it.

Everything is what it is

Everything is what you make it to be.

God is not a man in the sky or some distant entity

God is the living, breathing essence of life itself.

God is within you & around you

in every moment.

There is

no separation between the mind, body, & soul

no separation between the sacred & the ordinary

no separation between yourself & God.

There is only This.

There is only Life.

There is only God.

You are not your identity.

You are not your ethnicity.

You are not your nation.

You are not your gender.

You are not your job.

You are not your body.

You are not your mind.

You are not your past.

You are not your present.

You are not your future.

You are Life.

Pure and simple.

Like waves in the ocean

We appear for a brief moment

before returning to what we always were.

The body is temporary

but

You

are forever.

Birth. Life. Death.

It all flows together.

It is all but a fleeting dream…

From It, We Came.

To It, We Return.

In It, We Always Are.
